Terms of Service

CRACTT is an informational research tool. It generates structured reports — recommendations, pros, cons, tradeoffs, and next steps — in response to questions you submit. Answers are produced with the help of large language models and may include summarized public information.

CRACTT answers are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, real estate, investment, immigration, or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by your use of the Service. Always consult a qualified professional before making a significant decision. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on a CRACTT answer.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use CRACTT. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use CRACTT to:

• Break the law, or plan or facilitate illegal activity.
• Harm, harass, defame, dox, or target a specific person, group, or organization.
• Generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the creation of weapons.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, payment gating, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute CRACTT output at scale without our written permission.

We may refuse, block, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without refund for any usage already consumed.

Free accounts include a limited free trial. Paid plans (Single Answer, Monthly, Annual) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. One-time purchases are non-refundable once the answer has been generated. Prices, features, and included usage may change with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of the questions, images, and links you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that input to generate your report, to store it in your account history, and — in aggregated or de-identified form — to improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to submit anything you upload.

The Service, its design, and its brand are owned by CRACTT. You may use CRACTT reports for your own personal or internal business decisions. You may not resell or republish reports as a commercial product without permission.

CRACTT uses third-party providers to run — including AI model providers, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that answers are accurate, current, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRACTT and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including any decision you make based on a CRACTT answer. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold CRACTT harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CRACTT is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.
